Full Policy Terms

Before any ergonomic chair return: a 15-minute video fitting call with one of our specialists is required (or offered, depending on the chair). Most chairs feel wrong because the setup hasn't been dialed in — seat height, lumbar, armrest angle. We'll walk through it on a quick call. If the chair still isn't right afterward, we'll process your return immediately.

When a Return Cannot Be Accepted

  • Chair returned outside the 30-day window
  • Chair shows damage from misuse or excessive wear
  • Chair is missing original parts or hardware
  • Fitting call was not completed prior to return request (where required)
